For tracking, address corrections, or a delayed shipment, contact support@daarauto.com with your order number. Taxes or import charges, where applicable, are subject to the checkout information and destination requirements.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Opened boxes are accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, subject to applicable consumer rights.

How to request a return

Email support@daarauto.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return destination. Please contact us before sending a parcel; the business address is not a confirmed parcel-return destination.

Refunds and product issues

After we receive and review your return, we will contact you about the refund. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us with your order details so we can assist. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
